Immutable by design
The audit trail records who did what and when, and cannot be edited by anyone, including us.
Read it back. Then lock it.
A correction goes out as a new report beside the original, never over it.
Stamped where it was taken
Every photo keeps its GPS and time stamps, so the record shows where and when, not just what.
Run like infrastructure
An inspection at 8am does not wait for a status page.
Certified under the UK government-backed scheme.
London, Walnut Creek and Cape Town.
Kept for at least seven years
Longer than the limitation window on a typical property dispute, with GPS and time stamps intact.
